India is an agrarian country. Indian farmers were wealthy because the land was fertile but due to non scientifical use of fertilizer, tractors and insecticides the quality of land was degraded and also cost of crop increased. That is why we see poor farmers in the villages.
ARHAM FOUNDATION focuses on this root cause of agriculture destruction. We guide farmers by planning of agriculture education seminar and teach them to make insect controlling medicines, green manure, seed improving chemical.
We have given theorical knowledge to the farmers of village Rohini of Khambhat Taluka of Anand District and practical knowledge to the farmers of village Dhinoj of Chanasma Taluka of Patan District in Gujarat.
We are extending this programme to infinite villages. We also teach them how to make life giving and necessary items from cow dung and cow urine which will be a permanent solution for improving economic condition of poor farmers.
The estimated cost for such seminar will be Rs. 150000 to Rs. 600000 ( USD 2500 to 10000)•
